1. How much water did I use this month and how do I read my bill?
If you look on the top right-hand side of your water bill (underneath the previous balance), you will find your usage for the billing period. Your bill will show you how much water you used, what your payment amount is, when it is due, and how much your last payment amount was.
2. Are we under water restrictions?
This constantly changes depending on rainfall and aquifer conditions. We now observe the same restrictions as the San Antonio Water System (SAWS).
3. Where do we get our water from?
We get our water from the Cow Creek formation of the Trinity Aquifer and a wholesale connection with SAWS.
4. What are our payment options?
We accept payments via cash, check (personal, business or bank draft) or our contracted payment processing company (fee applies) .
You may mail your payments to us, drop your payments off in the office during business hours or the drop box located outside our office in the circular drive, or sign up for autopay through Nexbillpay.
5. When are payments due?
Payments are due on or before the 20th of each month (with adjustments for holidays and weekends). Late charges will be assessed on the 21st of each month.
6. When are the TOWSC Monthly Meetings?
The monthly meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at the TOWSC building.
7. What are TOWSC's hours?
TOWSC's hours are 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday for administrative matters. In case of an emergency, you may call at any time.
