Board of Directors
TOWSC is managed by a five-member board of directors. The term of office is three years, and elections occur at each annual membership meeting. Members may volunteer as candidates for election or nominate other members prior to each annual meeting.
The terms are staggered so that no more than two directors are elected at any given election. Immediately after each annual meeting, the board meets to elect officers for the next year. The current board members are as follows:

Monthly board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at the water company office 26058 Hazy Hollow Lane, San Antonio, TX 78255.
